To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us, if any, for use of the site during the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless North Star Forecast and its affiliates, owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
